Enable, pause or resume warming
How to turn EmailPal warming on or off per mailbox, what pause does to the ramp, and how Slow-Ramp differs from paused.
Enable
From Warming or Mailboxes, turn warming on for one inbox or a whole selection. Select the rows (or Select all), then Turn warming on. $0.60/mo starts on each inbox that is not a pre-warmed lease. Pre-warmed leases already have it on; leave it on.
On Warming, each row also has a switch next to its state, so a single inbox does not need selecting first.
Pause and resume
Pause stops the conversations. Resume continues from a colder state than "steady" — do not pause for a long weekend and expect campaign-ready to still be true.
API/MCP expose the same enable/pause/resume controls.
Slow-Ramp vs paused
Paused is you. Slow-Ramp / blocked is EmailPal holding volume because placement collapsed or a bounce rule fired. Fix the cause (list quality, copy, DNS) before you fight the hold.
FAQs
Can I warm only on weekdays?
Weekend throttling is already part of the engine. You do not have to remember to pause on Friday.
Does pause stop the $0.60?
Billing follows whether the inbox is enrolled in warming for the period. If you intend to stop paying, turn warming off, not only pause it for an afternoon.
